Dearest friends,
By now many of you will know that we were blessed with the news that I have had a complete metabolic response to Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma and I'm officially in remission. I received this news on March 21st, the day of my 50th birthday - there can be no better present than a second chance in life.
I wanted to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the care, love and support you have given me, Elaine, Alexa and Elle over these past few months. Without you, our dark days would have been unbearable. We are so blessed have such amazing love and support from those dearest to us.
We're equally blessed to live in this amazing country where we have the best medical care available to us. The specialist doctors, the day oncology nurses, the lymphoma care nurses, and so many others who get up everyday to ensure we (the patients) have the best chance of survival.
I'll be raising crucial funds that help give Australians facing lymphoma all the support and information they need by being able to access Lymphoma Care Nurses, call the support line, and have access to specialised information. No one should face lymphoma alone.
I need your support - together 'legs' do it for lymphoma.

Thank you for supporting my efforts in raising money for this great cause!

Love Pete, Elaine, Alexa and Elle
Good on you Pete!
